🎉 Small Gathering — Up to 20 Guests

For 20 people over a 3–4 hour event, a general rule of thumb is: 1–2 drinks per person per hour. That works out to roughly one case of beer (24 units), 2–3 bottles of wine, and one handle of spirits with mixers. We can adjust this based on your crowd — a tailgate skews heavy on beer, a dinner party skews toward wine. Tell us what kind of event it is and we’ll spec it properly.

🥂 Mid-Size Event — 25–60 Guests

This is where most people underestimate. For 50 guests over 4 hours, you’re looking at 3–4 cases of beer, 6–8 bottles of wine, 2–3 handles of spirits, and a solid mixer package. We also recommend a variety — not everyone drinks the same thing. We’ll help you balance crowd-pleasers (light beer, approachable wine) with options for people who know what they want (craft beer, quality bourbon, dry wine).

💎 Corporate or Large Events — 60+ Guests

For corporate events, weddings, graduation parties, and large gatherings, we put together a full bar list — quantity, variety, and price tier aligned to your budget. Need a specific bottle we don’t have on the shelf? If it’s distributed in Colorado, we can try to source it for you. Call us at least 5–7 days before your event to give us time to order. Special orders are available for any event size — from one allocated bourbon for a toast to full cases of a specific wine label.

Bulk Discounts on Cases

We offer case discounts on wine (6+ bottles), full cases of liquor and mixers, and mixed beer cases. Ask our staff about current bulk pricing when you come in or call ahead. Big events deserve fair pricing — we don’t markup just because you’re buying more.
