Program description: Customer loyalty rewards program for 3 Thirsty Goats Wine & Liquor. Members earn 1 point per $1 spent and may redeem points for store credit and exclusive rewards.

Message types: Welcome messages, point milestone alerts, reward redemption confirmations.

Message frequency: Recurring, varies based on account activity (typically 1-4 messages per month).

Message & data rates: May apply. Carrier rates not controlled by 3 Thirsty Goats.

1.1 Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from 3 Thirsty Goats by:

Providing your phone number to a staff member at our store at 4150 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO.
Submitting the signup form on our website at www.3thirstygoats.com/rewards.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the phone number provided and consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from 3 Thirsty Goats. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

1.2 Opt-Out

You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again at the store or website.

1.5 Eligible Devices & Carriers

The 3TG Rewards SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Compatibility with all carriers and devices is not guaranteed. Your carrier is solely responsible for the timely delivery of messages.

2. 3TG Rewards Loyalty Program Rules

Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 21 and over with a valid U.S. mobile phone number.
Points: Members earn 1 point per $1 spent at 3 Thirsty Goats. Points are awarded based on the post-tax purchase amount, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
Welcome bonus: New members receive 50 bonus points upon enrollment.
Redemptions: Points may be redeemed for rewards at the values displayed in the rewards catalog. Redemptions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Expiration: Points may expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months.
Account changes: 3 Thirsty Goats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time.
Fraud: Any fraudulent activity (including but not limited to fake purchases, account sharing, or attempts to manipulate the points system) may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all points.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
